Physical Therapist - Home Care

We are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Lakewood , NJ area.

The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population.

All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.  New grad PTs will be considered.

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Open to all experience levels, including new grads.  Able to work full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.
• Comfortable seeing patients in their homes. 3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 12.5 hours of availability per week.
