Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing the necessary information.

Phone Management : Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Appointments : Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service transactions.

Support Services : Provide general administrative support to various departments within the agency, as required.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about the agencys services and policies to offer the best possible assistance to customers.

Problem Solving : Identify and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Tech Skills : Familiarity with office software and phone systems.

Problem-Solving : Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills : Friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
