Content Creator for LA-based startup in high-growth lifestyle / ecommerce space (equity role)

Our company is an LA-based startup currently in "stealth mode". We're a consumer-facing company building a product in an exciting category that generates a lot of social media activity. We're looking for a social media and content creation specialist to join our fast-growing team to build the predominant brand in our category across all social platforms (IG, TT, FB, Pinterest, YT). This is a unique opportunity to join a design-forward, early stage tech startup with "green grass" opportunities in social. We are in stealth mode if your application is selected for an interview, we are happy to disclose more details about our category so you understand the social media potential. Please note this is an equity-only, part-time role at this juncture, with the potential for the role to expand in the near future.

The ideal candidate has a big following, or has built a big following for a founder-led company, on at least one of the major social media platforms, is based in LA, and is available to meet in person and shoot content with our founder at least one day a week, then edit and post to our business account on their own time. Full requirements are below.

What you'll do :

• Work part-time directly with our design team and Founder / CEO
• Create founder-driven social content with Founder / CEO in LA
• Manage social media accounts in conjunction with BizDev
• Develop creative strategy with design team and Founder / CEO
• Work to grow social channels (following, engagement, etc)
• Assist in social promotions, giveaways, street team events, and collabs
• Assist with influencers, community events, affiliates, and brand deals as needed
