Reports to : Director of Marketing
Compensation : Salary Exempt, $60,000 - $75,000 / year
Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and assist the Marketing Director in driving the growth and success of Dr. Killigan's. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing principles, strong leadership skills and a passion for building brands and engaging with customers. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues to thrive against competitors.
Responsibilities Manage marketing activation calendars for email, SMS, social, and other DTC channels, and develop integrated marketing campaigns
Manage retention and marketing channels, including A / B testing and optimization of customer lifecycle journeys
Support the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment
Manage workflows to ensure timely execution and delivery of all marketing projects and deliverables
Coordinate with vendors and platform partners to maximize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with product, inventory, and customer experience teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals
Contribute to and execute product launch plans for successful market entry
Delegate and support tasks to ensure alignment with overall strategies and objectives
Maintain and communicate brand identity, values, and messaging consistently across channels
Enhance multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
Maintain strong relationships with independent contractors, optimizing performance to drive business growth
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
Utilize online platforms, including Google Workspace, Monday.com, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, and social media channels, to execute initiatives effectively
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to guide strategy
Identify opportunities for innovation in marketing processes, campaigns, and technology to enhance performance
Operate within the marketing budget allocated by the Director, managing vendor contracts and campaign spend to ensure cost-effective execution and maximum ROI
