Behavioral Health Registered Nurse\n\nLocation\n\nTerre Haute, IN\n\nAssignment Duration\n\nThis is a 13-week contract position.\n\nSchedule\n\n7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Behavioral Health Registered Nurse will work in a unit with 19 beds, providing care to patients with mental health needs. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensure medication administration, and conduct thorough assessments and documentation.\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Conduct blood glucose checks and administer medications as prescribed.\n
• Perform assessments and maintain accurate documentation.\n
• Engage in dressing changes as required (rare).\n
• Collaborate effectively with team members to address patient needs.\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Behavioral Health experience required.\n
• BLS and CPI certifications are mandatory.\n
