American Traveler is seeking a Float MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of MR experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, and Siemens equipment proficiency.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
This is a float MRI Technologist position within a large teaching hospital, including Magnet and Level 1 Trauma designationDuties include working in inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settingsTechnologist will float to other buildings on campus as neededWork schedule is three 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and SundayNo on-call requiredPatient caseload varies and includes adult and pediatric populationsUses Siemens MRI equipmentEpic is the EMR used, and experience with Epic is required or preferredTechnologist may float between different MRI locations on campus based on facility needsAll employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)First-time travelers are accepted for this positionPrevious employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year before reapplying as a travelerThe radius rule applies : candidates must live over 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay; locals may be considered at a reduced rateAll requested time off must be submitted at the time of considerationTeal top and black bottom scrubs are requiredParking for nights and weekends requires a one-time $20 payment for a parking passCompletion of non-billable facility modules is required before startingSocial Security card and valid driver's license are required for consideration\n \n Requirements\n
