Position Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Technical Support Specialist with an active TS / SCI clearance and CI polygraph to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for Tableau, with a focus on troubleshooting, user assistance, and ensuring optimal performance of Tableau environments. This position requires a deep understanding of Tableau software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a highly secure and sensitive environment.

This position is located in USA VA Chantilly

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Provides implementation and operations and maintenance support for Tableau Server. Utilizes Python / SQL to enhance dashboards. Loads and manages Tableau Server licenses. Establishes and maps live data connections.
• Environment Management : Manage and maintain Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Coordinates and performs environment refreshes.
• Content Migration : Supports migration of content from legacy Tableau Server environment to current Tableau Server environment.
• User Assistance : Provisions Tableau users.
• Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Tableau, including performance tuning, data connectivity, and dashboard optimization.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Tableau developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of Tableau solutions.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $169,700.00.
