Position Summary
Midstream IT is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the Pipeline Product Line toward continued success. This product line consists of four teams delivering digital technologies across a critical suite of business capabilities that deliver outcomes across broad and dynamic value chains.
The Lead Product Manager ensures strategic alignment by developing and maintaining a cohesive roadmap that strengthens business capabilities and achieves targeted OKRs and business objectives. By championing efforts across products platforms and multiple business units the Lead Product Manager creates a clear vision that remains focused on the most value-added initiatives and priorities adapting as needed to accelerate and realize value.
This position places strong emphasis on digital innovation and accountability for measurable outcomes. The Lead Product Manager works collaboratively to generate and evaluate new ideas that bolster competitive advantage and improve the digital experience. The role horizontally connects business leaders product owners architects and experts to plan and execute strategies fostering relationships that translate concepts into impactful solutions.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility competency and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidates experience and qualifications.

Understanding of marketing research consumer marketing customer marketing and product marketing.
Product Development - The creation innovation enhancement or improvement of an existing product or developing an entirely new kind of product to satisfy the requirements of its end-users.
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - The handling of a good as it moves through the typical stages of its product life : development and introduction growth maturity / stability and decline.
Product Strategies - The process of outlining a companys strategic vision for its product offerings by stating where the products are going how they will get there and why they will succeed.
Storytelling - The process of communicating information tailored to a specific audience with a compelling narrative.
Vendor Management - The process to maintain relationships with key vendors that deliver products services and support to the business. Simultaneously negotiating and managing contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are set appropriately and met on an ongoing basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience.7 years of relevant experience
