Customer Service:

Seeking an entry level representative to work in our Customer Service Department to join our team. As an entry level representative with a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of distribution. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic recognizes attention to detail and is willing to accept new challenges. The successful candidate acts as the primary contact for customers handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls to resolve inquiries complaints and technical issues. Key duties include processing orders updating account records de-escalating customer issues and adhering to company policies to maintain high satisfaction and meet performance metric.

Schedule Monday through Thursday 7:30 am until 4:30 pm Friday 7:30 am until 3:00pm Full Time 40-45 hours per week.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Calls:Handling a large volume of calls in a timely manner.
• Customer Support:Addressing inquiries troubleshooting product issues and providing accurate information.
• Issue Resolution:Managing complaints de-escalating upset customers and providing solutions.
• Administrative Tasks:Updating customer records in databases processing orders.
