Growing Property Management firm is looking for energetic and sales minded individuals to join our Leasing Team at an apartment community in Hatboro, PA.

Weekly Hours :

Monday 10 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Wednesday 12 : 00pm - 6 : 00pm

Friday 10 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

• Welcome prospective residents, answer questions, and provide informative community tours of available apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure they are in clean, move-in–ready condition.
• Stay informed about current market trends and competitor communities to support leasing efforts.
• Accurately maintain records of leasing activity, applications, and resident interactions.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, lease preparation, and rent collection.
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with the planning and execution of resident events.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs to provide residents with a smooth transition experience.
• Manage lease renewals by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents ahead of lease expiration, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to the overall appearance of the community by completing light housekeeping tasks during each shift, such as vacuuming entry rugs and cleaning front entry doors.
