A company is looking for a Peer Review Administrator to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Peer Reviewer panels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Peer Reviewers, including documentation and training
Maintain a master database of active and past Peer Reviewers, tracking their credentials and progress
Prepare monthly reimbursement reports and serve as the point of contact for payment issues
Required Qualifications
Associate degree plus three years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience
Experience with Excel spreadsheets and presentation software applications
Familiarity with database software programs and multiple cloud-based platforms
Knowledge of the health care system and medical specialties; LPN or RN licensure preferred
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
