As an Agent with Us, You'll Make a Significant Impact:

Qualifications:

  1. Past Sales Experience (Preferred): Sales experience is helpful but not required.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools and platforms in a technology-driven real estate environment.
  3. Exceptional Communication Networking: Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  4. Driven Motivated: Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and overcome challenges.
  5. Organized Time Management Pro: Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  6. A Real Estate License (Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year

Benefits:

  1. Flexible schedule

  1. Monday to Friday
  2. Self-determined schedule
  3. Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types:

  1. Bonus pay
  2. Commission pay
