Job description

Pressed Juicery is growing and hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse operations in Dinuba, CA.

Kindly note : this role is based onsite at facility in Dinuba, CA; presence at this location is required five days per week.

    • About the Role

    The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of our freight coordination and order fulfillment process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate and schedule freight shipments from warehouse to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day transactions with carriers or third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including scheduling trucks, communicating delivery, and pick-up dates.
  • Schedule and confirm receiving and delivery appointments with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Process and fulfill sales orders accurately using NetSuite ERP system.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.
  • Communicate order and shipping status to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records, documents, and logs in ERP and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper picking, packing, and staging of outgoing shipments.
  • Verify and reconcile freight invoices, resolving discrepancies when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and transportation regulations.
  • Provide daily logistics updates and reports to management.
  • Monitor and manage inventory transfers between locations as needed.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.

    • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience as a Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Work experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations.
  • ERP systems experience; NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of freight and shipping methods.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Experience with logistics or TMS software is a plus!
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
