Job Purpose :

In this role, you'll actively engage with new and existing customers to drive fiber adoption, increase revenue through upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential Functions :
- Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer
- Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
- Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers
- Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other
- Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services
Education :
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalentPreferred MBARelevant Work Experience :
1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environmentKnowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferredSpecial Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skillsA self-motivated, resourceful attitude with a drive to exceed sales goalsExcellent planning, communication, and time management abilitiesSupervisory Responsibility :
