Painter

Arrow Staffing is partnering with a reputable sign company to find skilled and detail-oriented Paint Technicians. This role is essential in ensuring that the company's signage products are of the highest quality, meeting both aesthetic and durability standards. Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 7:25am to 3:55pm Monday through Friday

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Spray sign parts to ensure a quality finish within a projected time frame.
• Thin and reduce paint.
• Apply primer coats and promoters to specified parts.
• Keep spray guns and equipment clean and maintained.
• Properly dispose of waste and contaminated rags.
• Regularly maintain spray booths and filters.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous spray-painting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Regularly lift 10 lbs., occasionally lift 25 lbs.
• Good vision (close, distant, color, focus).
• Stand most of the day, as well as crouch, bend, kneel, and reach.
• Work will be conducted in a production environment where the noise level is generally moderate.
