Associate, Marketplace - Lascana

We are seeking a Marketplace Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you'll take ownership of our key marketplace channels, ensuring our LASCANA products shine online and reach more customers every day.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketplace strategies, calendars, and roadmaps for Amazon, Target+, etc.

Manage daily marketplace operations including product listings, optimization, and performance tracking.

Drive sales growth by coordinating product launches, promotions, and inventory management.

Analyze performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Continuously enhance listings with optimized content, keywords, and images to increase visibility and conversion.

Oversee new marketplace feeds, integrations, and best practices.

Monitor logistics metrics and implement proactive measures to address any shortfalls.

Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Logistics and Digital teams to align go-to-market strategies across all channels.

Stay current on platform policies to ensure compliance and avoid disruptions.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, and proven track record of growing marketplace sales.

Experience managing multi-channel feeds and optimizing product performance.

Excellent written / verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Hands-on approach : Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with an analytical mindset.

Preferred : Familiarity with Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), Mirakl and EDI. Experience with Social Commerce like TikTok Shops.
