Manufacturing Planner Sr.

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr. for the Production Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for orchestrating end-to-end manufacturing planning, ensuring material availability, and optimizing inventory flow across multiple sites.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Sr. you will be responsible for coordinating inter-departmental activities, executing make-buy and BOM planning, and driving schedule adherence.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Develop and maintain make-buy, BOM, and MRP plans that align with production schedules.

Expedite and optimize material flow, issuing move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.

Collaborate with quality, engineering, procurement, and operations to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Monitor shop-floor performance, analyze capacity constraints, and adjust plans to preserve on-time delivery.

Support tooling requirements and provide status updates to stakeholders across all sites.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
