Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) – 1099 Independent Contractor

Location :   Greenville, SC (Hybrid)

Practice : iTrust Wellness Group, LLC

We are expanding our pediatric services and are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing team as an independent 1099 contractor. This position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based medication management services for children and adolescents through a flexible hybrid model of both in-office and telepsychiatry appointments.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) – 1099 Independent Contractor with iTrust Wellness Group, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for pediatric clients. We are seeking practitioners who value a collaborative, research-driven approach and who are passionate about improving the mental wellness of children and families across South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct psychiatric assessments and manage medication for pediatric and adolescent populations

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and family members to ensure continuity of care

Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records efficiently

Maintain thorough documentation consistent with best practice standards

The ideal candidate is a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented clinician who thrives in a supportive yet autonomous environment.

Qualifications : Required :

• Active South Carolina APRN License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC)

Experience in behavioral health or integrative care settings

Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth technology

Interest in long-term partnership and growth within the practice

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Comfort working independently as a 1099 contractor
