Key Responsibilities :

Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and social media.

Telemarketing Sales to find new business opportunities

Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and understand role requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.

Track candidate progress, collect feedback, and coordinate interview logistics.

Represent the Legacy brand professionally and positively to all candidates.

Contribute to special projects and other recruiting-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have sales experience.

Ability to build strong relationships and engage candidates.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.

Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and open to learning new tools.

Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate fit across a wide range of roles.

This position will be remote until Q1 of 2026
