A-Line Staffing is now hiring Distribution Associate (Case Picker) in Four Oaks, NC.

The Distribution Associate (Case Picker) position is working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Distribution Associate (Case Picker) Compensation

The pay for this position is $17.50 total
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Distribution Associate (Case Picker) Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch break (occasional Saturdays based on workload)

Drug Test Required

Distribution Associate (Case Picker) Responsibilities

Pick products accurately by locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic requests

Pack cases into designated containers for shipment

Update inventory systems as items are picked and shipped

Prepare orders for shipping by labeling, securing containers, and staging them for the loading dock

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following warehouse safety protocols

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when required

Distribution Associate (Case Picker) Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year of warehouse or related experience with basic skills in material handling, logistics, or distribution

Ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods

Effective communication and basic computer skills, including use of scanning equipment

Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and adapt to fast-paced operations

Must be comfortable working in a warehouse with varying seasonal temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter)

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping processes
