JOB INFORMATION

Typical Day : Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call.

Clinic : 18-22 patients per day

Required Procedures : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.

TARGET RATES

Hourly : $400

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Active IL License but will consider candidates with IMLC in hand

DEA Required : Yes

Board Status : Board Certified, Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency)

Required Procedures : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.

Required Certifications : ACLS BLS

Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : 1

EMR : EPIC

Time to Credential : 90 days
