Job Description :
- Looking for full time provider M-F 8a-5p.
- The candidate will join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services.
- Candidates must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)
- Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the full spectrum of imaging modalities / procedures relevant to MSK imaging.
- This is an on-site position with participation in interventional procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection / aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue / bone biopsy
- Practice setting is hospital-based
- Average Number of Cases Per Day : Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs / CT / Ultrasound
- Number of Radiologists in Practice : Specific to MSK is 4.8 FTEs, in department 41 FTE
- Teleradiology is not used for MSK
- Patient Age Demographic : All ages, but pediatrics not required
- There are opportunities for clinical and translational research if interested.
- EMR : Epic, Powerscribe 360, Interad PACs, Softek Illuminate
- Credentialing timeline : usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not)
