Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership in decision-making processes.
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand and analyze the cost of labor and materials associated with large construction projects.

Preferred Experiences:

• CPA or Equivalent Certification: A strong background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Construction Industry Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
