Key responsibilities
Manage a book of select to mid-market commercial accounts across diverse industriesServe as the day-to-day contact for clients regarding coverage, billing, certificates, endorsements, and renewalsProcess policy changes, quote new business, and market accounts to carriersPrepare proposals and renewal presentationsMaintain accurate client and policy data in the agency management systemCommunicate professionally and effectively with clients, underwriters, and team membersIdentify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutionsSupport Producers with client service, retention, and upselling opportunitiesEnsure compliance with agency and carrier guidelinesQualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an agency settingFamiliarity with various industry risk profiles and insurance needsStrong understanding of commercial lines (e.g. GL, WC, commercial packages, BOPs, EPLI, professional lines, etc.)Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g. AMS360, Applied Epic)Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyTeam-oriented with a proactive and positive attitudeBilingual (English / Portuguese) is a plusExperience working with multiple carriers and marketsJ-18808-Ljbffr
