People Management
Assist in cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while working with the GM to ensure all staff members perform at a high level.Lead and influence staff through motivation and leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfactionAssist with onboarding and training of all new employees.Work with the GM to adapt your team to new system procedures, education, and performance expectations.Operations Management
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followedBuild and grow membership community through sales and pairing servicesWork collaboratively with the GM, and Lead Nurse to improve the stores overall effectiveness and efficiency.Proactively identify and address difficult situations, manage conflict confidently and escalate issues appropriately.Sales & Marketing
Check-in with members regularly to ensure theyre achieving their health and wellness goals.Deliver individual sales goals and motivate your team to reach their targets.Manage lead generation campaigns and bringing in first time visitorsWork collaboratively with the GM to manage and exceed all sales goals for the entire team.Assist the GM with store marketing and community outreach.Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls, and facility maintenancePlan and promote special events for the store each month using Restore tools for effective outreach and community involvement.Qualifications
