Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and profitability of FinanceBuzz’s paid media portfolio by owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns within various financial services verticals.
- Manage a large-scale budget ($20M+ / year) and leverage data to maximize ROAS and revenue while testing and scaling across campaign types.
- Source and manage creative like a performance marketer; write ad copy, partner on creative development, and maintain an asset library for rapid testing.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with measurable objectives, owning targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation.
- Continuously monitor campaign health, optimize to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS; own all optimization efforts and track against business outcomes.
- Document tests and campaign changes; share learnings to raise performance standards for the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to align on priorities and surface headwinds / tailwinds.
- Use competitive research and intelligence tools to identify opportunities and expand growth into new areas.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy, owning the full campaign lifecycle and scaling spend efficiently while protecting margins.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE : 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) with revenue / ROAS as the primary KPI.Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($20M+ / year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools; advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively on creative asset development.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners.Experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats and optimizing for growth.EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 4 years managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats, with proven success optimizing large-scale budgets ($20M+ / year).Competencies

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
