City of Phoenix - Construction Procurement Contracts Specialist II 148432 (Local Only / 100% On-site)

Closing Date : 9 / 18 / 2025 @ 3 : 00pm

Responsibilities

• Create and process complex design and construction procurements.
• Knowledge in general contracts and procurement is a must. Knowledge in Title 34 procurements is a plus.
• A combination of education and progressive experience is required.
• Selected candidate / s must be willing to work from office Mon-Fri.
• Knowledge in eProcurement portals is a plus (OpenGov, Bonfire, Public Purchase, etc.)
• Public speaking / presentations a plus
• Construction design procurement a plus
