Job descriptionDeliver high-quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing various medical procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and adjust anesthesia as necessary during procedures. Provide pre-operative instructions, explain procedures to patients, and offer emotional support. Maintain a thorough understanding of patient care principles, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia. Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a full, unrestricted license to practice in Wisconsin. Experience in providing anesthesia care to both adult and pediatric patients is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthetic care.

Job Summary :
This group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team in the Marshfield, Wisconsin area. This position offers a supportive environment, a variety of cases, and flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
Position Highlights :
- Work on diverse cases, including regional anesthesia, OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, and primarily outpatient procedures.
- Flexible scheduling with 9-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available.
- Great call schedule with post-call time off for added flexibility and recovery.
- CRNAs work within a supportive care team model, with anesthesiologist supervision approximately 50% of the time.
