As the Chief Medical Strategy Officer, you will play a key role in our rapidly expanding organization. You will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training our Clinical Directors, ensuring exceptional performance and growth in our centers. In addition, you will engage in direct patient care as a primary care physician, while leading crucial clinical responsibilities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee clinical operations and accountability for clinical outcomes across several medical centers.
• Deliver excellent patient care while managing and mentoring Clinical Directors and other medical staff.
• Foster a collaborative culture aligned with ChenMed's values and service standards.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Directors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare payers, and specialists.
• Monitor center performance and address workplace concerns with urgency.
• Actively participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage in building relationships with healthcare professionals and other key market stakeholders.
