Key Responsibilities

Patient Care : Evaluate patients, diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions, and provide preventive care and education.

Chronic Disease Management : Manage ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.

Collaboration : Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and continuous patient care.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-ups.

Professional Growth : Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with developments in internal medicine to maintain board certification and licensure.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

Active Missouri medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Commitment to patient-centered, community-based healthcare
