About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our growing team at CCRM Fertility. You will be part of a mission-driven, physician-led network that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients at every stage of their fertility journey with the support of a best-in-class clinical and laboratory team. Occasional weekend and holiday coverage is required to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, high-quality care across the full spectrum of reproductive medicine and surgery
  • Perform fertility treatments and procedures including IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and IUIs
  • Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and clinical staff to support optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients with compassion and clarity throughout the fertility treatment process
  • Contribute to clinical quality and patient experience initiatives
  • Maintain timely documentation and uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards

  • Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
  • Completion or near completion of an ACGME-accredited REI fellowship (current fellows are encouraged to apply)
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
