This is a full-time night rotating 24-hour shifts at Banner Churchill Ambulance Services Department. Start time is 6 : 55.

Located in Fallon, Nev., Banner Churchill Community Hospital is a 25-bed licensed hospital offering the most comprehensive array of medical services in rural northern Nevada. Position Summary
This position provides supervision and support of clinical operations, staff, and patients. Manages finances and personnel to ensure appropriate allocation of resources in providing quality patient care.
Core Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care as normally obtained through the completion of an associate degree in health care or related field. Depending on state of practice, Paramedic certification and / or licensure and maintenance thereafter. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ITLS or PHTLS certifications upon hire. Valid Driver's License on date of hire and maintenance thereafter. Must possess a strong knowledge of clinical operations as normally demonstrated through 1-2 years of experience with relevant to patient population. Must have the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and families. Knowledge of the requirements of applicable regulatory and accreditation agencies Excellent human relations and communication skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Skilled in reading, writing, and comprehending English. Skilled in comprehending and following written and verbal instructions. Skilled in remaining calm in emergency situations. Skilled in operating a variety of modern office equipment. Skilled in operating a variety of tools and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Management or supervisory experience preferred. NREMTP, NRP, EPC, EMS Instructor and / or Critical Care Paramedic certifications preferred. Additional related education and / or experience preferred.
