Associate Systems Consultant

A company is looking for an Associate Systems Consultant - Catalog.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business and functional requirements and customer workflows

Design interactive configuration workflows based on customer product documentation

Consult with customers on configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree

1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Software Implementation

Knowledge of building products is a plus

General understanding of relational databases is preferred

Enjoyment of solving logic puzzles
