CivilCorp, an ESP Company, is currently seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS strongly preferred but will consider SIT) to join our team in any of our Texas office locations!

CivilCorp is a professional service firm offering civil engineering and land surveying services throughout Texas. CivilCorp’s main office is in Victoria, TX, with additional offices in Houston, Fulshear, Corpus Christi, and Round Rock. This is a great opportunity for a survey professional to continue to grow their career with a dynamic firm supporting a variety of clients and projects throughout Texas.

Responsibilities :

CivilCorp is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to assist leading and growing the survey operations. Responsibilities will also include the establishment of operational plans and staffing levels to develop local surveying capabilities for public infrastructure (TxDOT, counties, and municipalities), assist in the recruitment and development of staff to ensure growth of operations and the maintenance of positive client relationships.

Qualifications :

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas (SIT will be considered)
• 5+ years of progressive surveying and management experience
• Experience in the transportation market
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage operations and staffing in delivering multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent verbal communication skills and marketing experience
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
