Key Responsibilities
Own the UX strategy for a platform serving over 10,000 organizations, designing workflows for diverse user personas
Coach and elevate fellow designers through critiques and shared frameworks to enhance UX quality
Translate complex data into clear interfaces and design end-to-end workflows based on real user needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in security, data-intensive, or technical B2B platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing streamlined experiences from complex workflows
Experience mentoring or coaching designers and providing actionable feedback
Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows
Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
