Historic 1888 resort spanning 28 acres, 750 rooms, 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets—including 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice-cream shop, and in-room dining.

Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate

$16.50 per hour, based on applicable experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining tables, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
• Transport food items to / from the kitchen.
• Serve hot and cold food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Replenish beverages as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Restock outlets with inventory and break down buffet for the next day.
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies and anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Answer menu questions and communicate menu details and wait times to the kitchen.
• Communicate guest allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record transactions in Point of Sale system, present accurate check, and process payment.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
• Complete opening and closing duties : storing goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning, and securing storage areas.
• Requisition supplies and transport from storeroom as required.
• Document information in department logbook; forecast additional meal requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
