MaintenanceCustodial Foreman

NCUHS has an immediate opening for a year-round Maintenance / custodial Foreman to work the day shift. Hours may vary slightly as Maintenance / Custodial Foreman is responsible for the daily oversight coordination and support of all maintenance and custodial operations school wide. This position serves as the key liaison between the Director of Facilities and building-level maintenance and custodial teams ensuring that all facilities are safe functional and well-maintained to support an optimal learning and working : High School Graduate postsecondary education managerial or supervisory experience in maintenance facilities operations or a related working knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and custodial best with technology platforms such as work order management systems and Building Automation organizational communication and problem-solving to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced certifications (HVAC electrical plumbing or mechanical) preferred.A full job description is available upon persons can apply via (preferred) or can submit a resume including prior employment references to : Mark DunbarFacilities ManagerNCUHS209 Veterans AvenueNewport VT & Benefits : Salary based on experience and a full benefit package is offered.
