About The Role
As a key member of our elite sales team, you will be the driving force behind our growth, focusing on projects ranging from 100kW to multi-megawatts. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial handshake to contract execution, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, facility owners, and property developers.
What You'll Do
- Proven Track Record : 3+ years of documented success in C&I or utility-scale solar sales, with a portfolio of closed deals in the 100kW to 5MW+ range.
- An Active Book of Business : You have an established and transferable network of potential clients, developers, and partners. This is non-negotiable.
- Financial Acumen : Deep understanding of solar project financing, including PPAs, cash purchases, and loan structures. You can confidently build and present a business case to a CFO.
- Hunter Mentality : You are a relentless and strategic prospector who thrives on building your own pipeline and running your territory like it's your own business.
- Exceptional Communication : You possess elite presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, capable of commanding a room of executive decision-makers.
