A company is looking for a Concierge - Call Center to enhance coordination of members and providers for virtual therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates intake and administrative support for virtual therapy programs, including scheduling and technical support
Gathers and enters detailed member information into electronic systems and maintains up-to-date records
Assists with administrative duties related to providers, troubleshooting member issues, and ensuring proper documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED certificate required
1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
3 years general office experience including administrative support and project management
Computer proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
