Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant E-commerce Manager to support our account and store management teams. This position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of experience using Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform who’s eager to grow into a client-facing role.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and department leads to help maintain online stores, manage product data, coordinate inventory, and ensure daily workflows are executed accurately and on time. This role combines operational precision with hands-on problem-solving, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to build a foundation for long-term growth in e-commerce operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Store & Product Management

• Create SKUs and ensure product compliance (accurate tags, descriptions, pricing, and metadata).
• Support product setups, launches, and merchandising updates in Shopify.
• Audit stores regularly for errors, missing content, or compliance issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Record and update key milestones (pre-orders, activations, launches) in department calendars.
