Job Summary

Direct, coordinate, and review all activities of the Packout Operators, and QC & OBA Inspectors to ensure the needs of internal and external customers are being met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.

Leadership And Management Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Retention : Recruit, interview and hire quality control (QC), Packout and out of box audit (OBA) resources.
• Employee and Team Development : Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis.
• Performance Management : Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results.
• Communication : Provide communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the department.

Technical Management Responsibilities

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities

Job is directly responsible for managing other employees.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree + 5-6 years of related experience. Some previous supervisory experience also required. Training in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and other relevant industry standards and specifications.
