Join Our Team as an HVAC Comfort Sales Representative!

Your Role :

As an HVAC Comfort Sales Representative, you will :

  • Connect with Customers : Establish rapport and understand the unique needs of each customer to provide tailored home comfort solutions.
  • Drive Sales : Convert inbound leads into closed sales by presenting the best products and services.
  • Market Expertise : Become an expert in your market, understanding local codes and our product lines to better serve your clients.
  • Efficient Operations : Deliver accurate quotes and estimates, and handle paperwork swiftly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with our team and contribute to our dynamic, goal-driven environment.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in-home sales.
  • HVAC / Plumbing Knowledge : Prior experience in HVAC or plumbing is a plus.
  • Technical Savvy : Competent with Microsoft Office and Service Titan.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for presentation and public speaking.
  • Organization and Follow-Through : Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Passion and Motivation : A genuine passion for the industry and the company, coupled with a highly motivated and flexible attitude.
  • Personality : Outgoing and personable, fitting seamlessly into our fast-paced environment.
