What You'll Do

You will manage day-to-day paid media operations while ensuring flawless tracking and lead flow.

Core Responsibilities Launch and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn across multiple accounts Update ad copy, targeting, and budgets based on briefs or performance Perform daily performance checks; flag pacing or under-delivery issues Ensure leads sync smoothly into HubSpot, Attio, or similar CRMs Validate UTMs, pixels, and GTM tags; escalate data gaps immediately Handle weekly exports and data cleanup in Google Sheets for reporting Support lead quality checks, CPL tracking, and performance summaries Collaborate with content, design, and automation teams to deliver assets on time Document recurring workflows; help identify automation opportunities (hello AI!)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

2+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Basic CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Google Tag Manager fundamentals + pixel tracking knowledge Strong Google Sheets / Excel organization skills Sharp attention to detail in budgets, attribution, and data validation Excellent written communication for updates and documentation
