Duration : 13-week contract assignment; guaranteed hours : 36

Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated House Supervisor for a travel nursing assignment in Alturas, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of nursing staff within the skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Director of Nursing (DON) and SNF nursing staff.
• Oversee the quality of nursing care and ensure compliance with physician orders.
• Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and disciplinary actions for nursing personnel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, staff orientation, and educational programs.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to enhance patient care services.
• Assist in budget management and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
