About the Role

As a Custom Furniture Sales Professional, you'll work one-on-one with customers to bring their vision to lifefrom choosing styles, fabrics, and finishes to finalizing custom orders with our premium brands like Smith Brothers, and Mavin. You'll also assist with showroom presentation, product knowledge training, and maintaining high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and guide them through the custom design process
• Present furniture and upholstery options with confidence and professionalism
• Write up and manage custom orders accurately and efficiently
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers through outstanding service
