Geneva Trading is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Chicago office. In this role, you'll collaborate with our trading, infrastructure, and development teams to build, maintain, and optimize the systems that power our low-latency trading environment. We're looking for a strong technical leader with a passion for automation and performance who can also mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Do :

• Design, build, and maintain automated tools to support trading and infrastructure systems.
• Optimize Linux-based environments for performance and reliability.
• Lead performance and latency testing for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical improvements and best practices.
• Act as a mentor and technical lead, supporting the growth of junior engineers.
