  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for property construction projects.

\n

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
  • \n

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify material and labor requirements.
  • \n

  • Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • \n

  • Maintain and update cost databases for ongoing and future projects.
  • \n

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment activities.
  • \n

  • Provide support during project bid preparation and submission processes.
  • \n

  • Monitor actual project costs to ensure alignment with initial estimates.
  • \n \n

    A successful Junior Estimator should have : \n

  • A strong understanding of construction processes and property development.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • \n

  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • \n

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • \n

  • The ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • \n

  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • \n \n
