Burn Boot Camp Mt Pleasant is seeking a passionate, dependable, and motivated General Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our community. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of our gym by managing operations, driving sales, supporting the growth of our team, and upholding Burn Boot Camp's core values.

Responsibilities :

Lead by example and foster a positive and inclusive environment for team members and clients.

Collaborate with the Lead Trainer and Lead Child Watch teammates to develop strategies for gym growth.

Drive membership sales through effective communication, relationship-building, and follow-up.

Recruit, hire, develop, and, if necessary, terminate Sales team members to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
