Position Summary :

The Lead Assembler oversees daily assembly operations, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. This role combines hands-on assembly work with leadership responsibilities - providing guidance, training, and workflow coordination for the assembly team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and train assemblers on standard work instructions, safety, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate daily assembly activities to meet production schedules and throughput targets.
• Perform assembly and testing of products, ensuring compliance with specifications and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality to resolve build issues or implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure tools, materials, and workstations are organized and production-ready.

Qualifications :

Pay Scale and Benefits : $19 - $21 per hour.
