Qualifications :

• 2-3 years' experience as an Assistant Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED
• Ability to drive the sales team to high performance every day through leadership REQUIRED
• Strong training & motivational skills REQUIRED
• Nissan / import brand experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Focused on OEM approvability
• Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set
• Ability to have fun while achieving high potential!
